- By submitting listing information, content, photos, data or other materials to this website, the registrant hereby grants For-Rent-Virginia-Alexandria-Va.org and it's affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, fully transferable, fully sublicenseable right and license to copy, modify, display, distribute, perform, create derivative works from, store, and otherwise use all such materials in any form, media, or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future, including, but not limited to, other websites and social media.

or decisions made by the Landlords and Renters.

submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
